"Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a rich man and supper like a pauper". Like this health quote indicates, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and as the name suggests, eating in the morning signifies the break of an all night of fast.

Eating a reasonable amount of food as breakfast facilitates a great start of a your working day producing all the energy you need to go through the day.
Dieticians have indicated that breakfast helps significantly with a weight management regimen.
Eating the right type, combination and quantity of food with regards to the amount energy used during the day is very important. For instance, a Ghanaian breakfast of kenkey or banku and fish for a farmer or construction worker is appropriate, taking into consideration how much energy they use at work.
For office workers in general, a generous amount of rice and vegetables (aside the usual porridge or beverage) in the morning is accepted, granted there is an above average level of movements around the office.


If we attend to and take care of our body like we do our cars or other valuables we will discover how fit, strong and resistant to diseases we will become. And remember, "Our bodies are the temples of God"....( aside the religious and moral implication this quote possesses).
